I've never boxed before - is Box & Build right for me?

100%. Most of our members join with no experience.

We specialise in welcoming beginners and guiding them step-by-step to feel comfortable hitting pads and lifting weights.

Do I need to be fit before I join?

Not at all, come as you are. Our training is designed to meet you at your level, and build you up slowly.

How do memberships work?

We offer premium coaching packages to deliver life-changing results. All memberships start with a call or tour so we can recommend the best fit for your goals.

What types of classes do you offer?

Classes range from beginner friendly BoxFit and weight training, to technical boxing and sparring.

We also run group coaching, 1:1 and fight club for those who want to push further.

Will I be expected to spar or fight?

Only if that's your goal. You'll never be thrown in before you're ready, we create a safe, controlled environment for you to progress confidently.

What kit do I need to bring?

Wear some comfy sports clothes, we provide gloves for beginners but feel free to bring your own.

A water bottle and a towel are also a good shout.

How do I progress from beginner, to fight club?

You'll train with our founder Matt, following a structured programme which is tailored to your pace.

When you're ready, we'll invite you into fight club - no pressure, no rush.
